Dear Imagine Families,
Thank you for your continued support during the remote learning process. We appreciate everyone’s efforts in communicating with teachers and completing student work from home. As we near the end of the school year, we want to share some important information with you.
Completed student work will be accepted until May 20th, 2020. This can be submitted in the outside drop box or digitally to the classroom teacher. We encourage students to complete any of their remaining assignments and to communicate with teachers if you need any help.
If you checked out a school computer to use at home, the dates to return these items are below:
• Thursday, May 21st from 2:00pm-6:00pm
• Friday, May 22nd from 9:00am-1:00pm
Please make sure that you return both the computer and all charging cords that were provided. We also ask that you make sure the computer is fully charged so that we can check it properly when you return it.
Parents may also come to the school on either of these two days to pick up any personal items that students may have left at the campus before the closure was enacted. We ask that all families are patient when arriving to the school during this process as it will take a few minutes to
assist each family with technology or personal items.
We request that all families help us follow health and safety guidelines throughout this process. We must follow social distancing protocols and limit our direct contact with each other. Families are asked to stay in their vehicles and remain in the designated areas in our parking lot.
Thank you for continuing to partner with us during this transition. Please be assured that the health and safety of our students and staff is our highest priority. We miss you all terribly and are looking forward to when we can be together again.
